Oyo State Government has officially banned “sign out” celebrations by final-year students in both public and private secondary schools across the state.
According to the Commissioner of Education, “Olusegun Olayiwola”, the ban also reiterates discipline, alongside restrictions on phone use, illegal levies, and unapproved textbooks in a bid to uphold student safety and conducive learning environments.
